1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery (see Refund Policy below).
• To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@fryafashion.com with your Order ID.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
• Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our Quality Check (QC).
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of QC approval.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Personalized cannot be returned or refunded.
• Used or damaged items (not due to our error) will not be accepted for return.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges) in such cases.
